The weekly schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:00pm. Occasional Saturday shift, 8am – Noon. With the flexibility to travel to our Eveleth and Tower clinics if needed.

This position will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers to create a true healthcare home. Onsite therapy and telehealth therapy will be provided to patients.
