Behavioral Health Clinical Counselor (LICSW, LPCC, LGSW) – Bigfork

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Counselor to see patients at our Bigfork and Northome, MN clinics. This position will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers and together create a true healthcare home. Onsite therapy and telehealth therapy will be provided to patients. Qualified candidates who are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) are preferred. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) will be considered. This position will work 4 days in Bigfork and 1 day in Northome.

Currently, we are seeking dentists at our location in Bigfork, MN to provide quality care in our communities. This position will become part of a general dental practice, providing care in all areas of dentistry for all ages according to their comfort level and expertise. The Family Dentist will collaborate with excellent dental specialists in the region for patients who need to be referred for care. Location: Cook, MN
Positions Available: 1 Full-time or Part-time
Hours: 3-5 days per week during clinic hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Occasional Saturday shift, 8am – Noon.

We are currently seeing an LPN or CMA for our Cook clinic. This position will primarily work at our Cook site and float to the Eveleth and Tower clinics filling in for vacations and sick days on an as-needed basis. Full-time or part-time status is dependent on the ideal candidate’s preference. In our Nursing department, you’ll enjoy a daytime-only practice in a fun and positive team environment, working directly with a medical provider to focus on their panel of patients.
