Aaron Heaslet, PA

Aaron Heaslet, PA is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Indiana State University in 2016. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, he loves working in a place similar to home.  Aaron has a passion for family medicine and building relationships over time with his patients. When he is not working, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Evan Toonstra, LICSW

Evan Toonstra, LICSW, graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with his Master’s of Social Work in 2017 and earned his ​clinical license, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), in 2020. His professional experience includes providing Intensive Outpatient DBT, and he has worked in rural settings, providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to adults and children. Evan has experience and training in treating Borderline Personality Disorder, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment disorders, couples and family therapy, grief and loss, trauma, Gender Dysphoric Disorder, Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), and crisis intervention. Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, and enjoys cycling, hiking, and cooking.
